What started as a small renovation company built on relationships, quality workmanship, and clear communication has grown into a trusted renovation team serving homeowners across Edmonton and the surrounding area.
2012
Ryan and Shaun founded Mode Contracting with a focus on quality home renovations.
2019
Mode Contracting opened its first office in St. Albert.
2020
Mode Contracting relocated its office to Edmonton, expanding its presence and team.
2022
Mode Contracting rebranded as Mode Built.
2024
Mode Built took the first step toward creating a design space of our own.
2025
Mode Built expanded its workspace by moving to a larger office within the same building, creating more room for collaboration, client meetings, and future growth.
2026
Over 550 renovations completed — and we’re excited for what’s next.
